This recipe is so easy to make, with common ingredients that you may already have on hand. Guacamole is often thought of paired with chips and margaritas, but pita triangles, Triscuits, and a variety of beverages go great with this healthy snack! I guarantee you won’t have any leftovers, but in the event, you do, top a grilled burger with some left overs! Delish!

4 or 5 avocados (you want them soft when you lightly squeeze them, but not mushy)

1 medium tomato

½ medium onion

½ habanero pepper or 1 if you want it more spicy


Salt and pepper to taste

½ tsp. White Vinegar

Chop the onion, tomato, cilantro, and habanero pepper. 10 to 15 minutes prior to serving, add the mashed avocados. (I like it a little chunkier, rather than really smooth, but mash them to your liking). Mix it all together, then stir in the white vinegar, salt and pepper, and cilantro until it reaches the flavor you like. Enjoy!
